Grace
Min-Ji Cho |

- Korean born violinist, Grace Minji Cho, was eleven years old
when she recorded Elgar and Sarasate on this website. She began studying violin at age
three. When She was eight years old, Grace won the Dae-Gu Music competition and gave her
debut the same year playing Paganini Concerto No. 1, which was broadcast
nationally in Korea. Grace came to the United States in 1995 with
her family and is currently attending the Juilliard Pre-College studying with Itzak
Perlman, Dorothy Delay and Yoon-il Auh. For four hours every day Grace practices the
violin, and in her spare time draws and writes poems. She also attends a marshal arts
class where she is learning Tae Kwon Do. Grace loves animals and she has a dog, Annie. She
is now thirteen years old and lives in Long Island, New York. [Talk to Grace]
